Only 2 monitors with yd 6950

i just installed a visiontek hd6950 with the latest drivers, 2 ati eyefinity certified active adaptors, 3 acer 23" 1920x1080 monitors, and a 42" plasma.

i did all the research b4 i bought. i made sure i had everything would work for what i wanted, a 3x1+1 setup

everything works independently or in pairs hooked up as is. ive tried rearranging the connections and etc. n nothing

my problem is how do i get the other 2 screens to work together so i have my 4 all together n pretty
