Asus L8400

Hi,

I have a little problem with my asus laptop.
On the system, windows 98 SE was installed.
Last Saturday I upgraded windows 98 SE to windows ME.
I downloaded drivers for the videocard (Ati radeon mobile M6) and installed
them.
But now the problem is. If i work for 20 minutes on the laptop, the screen
become black.
I can't see anything on the screen.
If I restart the laptop, it will work normal.
Sometimes it happens every 5 minutes, sometimes it happend every 6 hours.

My opinion is the laptop has a little problem with cooling down. The cooling
fan is always on, the systemtemperatuur is about 45 degrees.
Or a problem with the drivers for the videocard and windows ME.

Is there somebody who has a guide how to repair a asus L8400 notebook?
Maybe i can clean the coolingsystem and i hope the problem with the screen
is solved.
