Exactly how small? Check out some micro-ATX mini-towers on newegg and see if they are too large. If so, you'll need to drop down to mini-ITX. I think the main problem trying to match that Lenovo in dimensions will be the width.

find a case you want please so we can make recommendations on parts that will actually fit

Unless ur very light on the gaming and only play games that need a card like 5450 / 5570 u 'll need to get a mid-tower.
