Turned on fine, everything is getting power. Didn't open bios, ran driver cd but could only restore or reboot. Opened windows 7 but couldn't install it didn't recognize the solid state. Took out all but 1 ram stick, removed battery and now all I get is a black screen. Anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

check your cmos jumper see if you left it on the wrong pins. if not the battery not in right or your damaged the cmos battery slot or bent or broke a clip. if it not that i would take the mb out of the case and put just the video card and one stick of ram in and see if she post if not pull the video card and see if she shows any sight of cmos beep code failure for no video. if not sound like something fried.
