Hello,is there such a thing as a videocard detector?

You should have your drivers installed, so programs like GPU-Z or Speccy may be able to recognize your GPU.

But if you do not have your drivers, maybe not. I'm not sure if DriverMax has the ability to scan for your missing GPU, so most likely no.
