Will my 430W do?

I just recently purchased my first computer and started building it to my liking. Initially it came with a sempron 140 single core (45w) but in gaming terms thats quite a bit out of date so I want get an athlon x4 quad core (65w). Will my setup run perfectly smooth on my psu? Since i'm going to be moving over seas I wanted to make sure my set up is going to need my parts last me a long time. And bare with me if this is an ignorant question, still pretty new with building computers.

Setup:

PSU: Antec 430w Earthwatts
GPU: Sapphire Radeon 5670 1GB DDR3 (Recommended 400w psu)
Current CPU: Sempron 140 single core (45w) >>>>> Desired: Athlon X4 quad core (65w)
Ram: 4GB
OS: Win 7 64-bit


Also on a side note: Will this CPU purchase last me a long while as far as gaming is concerned?

The PSU will work. Antec Earthwatts are pretty decent PSU's capable of actually handling close to their maximum power requirement. As long as you don't heavily overclock or install too many accessories, you'll be fine.

Your PSU will handle a 95W (or 125W) CPU without breaking a sweat.
Your HD5670 pulls very little juice from it, something like 66W running flat out.

Appreciate the help Tox and jtt. But I'm a little bit more curious to see what other ppl think about it running a 95w cpu. Cuz if thats the case I can save quite a bit a money I cant stress enough, the importance of system longevity due to the fact that once I'm over seas idk how hard it would be to obtain new parts.

You should be more concerned with what cpu the Dell motherboard can handle, the psu won't be an issue.
Here's a list of supported CPU's, all tested with the stock Dell 300 watt psu, don't know if a bios update added compatibility for more cpu's or not

I agree that the motherboard CPU support is of bigger concern to you than the PSU. I personally think you should be fine with a 95W CPU on an Antec 430.
