Amd 4000 dual core temperature

Hello, can someone explain to me if
http://www.picz.ro/show-image.php?id=bc09c59c00c7e42192aaf51c82193de3 the values at CPU , are in celsius or in fahrenheit? cause i have core temp too , but the values are double

and here are the OOCT test results , are the results good ? cause my proc was geting to 60 degree , and i change the heat sink and put new paste on it. Anyway here are the pics.

This is a screen with the diference i mentioned , between Core Temp and OOTC , if someone can explain it to me i'll be gratefull .Thanx in advance.
