Toxic HD6870 vs. Msi Hawk 560ti?

So I have been soliciting ideas for different upgrades to my current Phenom II x2 555be & Hd6850 build, and I have come to the conclusion that a better processor and moderately better graphics card will be perfect for my needs.

So my processor upgrade is:

MSI 560 Hawk is much faster and cooler than toxic HD 6870, CPU is pretty good but you could save some cash and buy Phenom II 955 BE and OC it

what's your screen resolution?

My current resolution is 1280x720, is the 955 capable of reaching 4ghz without to much hassle?

560, but 6870 is also good

I would get a HIS 6870 it's running for $200 right now after rebates. Also I have overclocked a bunch of Phenom's 955 to 4.0 ghz stable. Just get yourself a good cpu cooler.
