16gb of RAM is complete overkill, 4gb is enough for games but 8gb is fine.

For your thermal paste just go with the good old tried and tested arctic silver 5, good stuff.
You may want to consider getting an ssd, 60gb is fine for your os programs and a game or two.
Other than that it looks pretty good :D

Yeah i cant find a decent 750 watt psu for the same price as the 850w with the sale going on atm since the 750 is out of stock. Also is it worth it to get ram any faster than 1600??

Changed the gpu to evga's gtx 570 which has s nice deal for $295 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130622, and the ram for G.SKILL Ripjaws X 8 gigs http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231445. Its about $1220ish after rebates not too bad!
