I recently upgraded from Vista 32-bit to Windows 7 64-bit and from 3GB RAM to 8GB RAM. I notice lag issues on COD Black Ops. I have a Radeon HD5770. Do I need to roll back the driver or change settings on something?

In task manager it shows windows explorer using 6.8 GB of the 8 gb or memory. What gives?
