PSU on bottom; fan up or down?

Never had a case where the PSU goes on the bottom. Figured I'd try it.
Is it better to have it's fan facing up inside the case or the bottom?

Do you have a vent on the bottom of the case below the power supply? If not then face the fan into the case, if you do they you can choose to point the fan down to keep the PSU cooler or point the fan into the case which will help with the case airflow a bit, it wont make much of a difference either way.
