GIGABYTE GA-P67A-D3-B3:

- CPU: 1155
- 4 x DDR3 2133/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz Dual Channel mode
- Chipset: Intel Ρ67 Express

INTEL CORE I5-2500 3.30 GHZ LGA1155 - BOX:

- LGA 1155.
- DDR3 1066/1333 non ECC.

KINGSTON KHX2133C11D3K4/8GX DDR3 8GB (4X2GB) PC3-17000 2133MHZ HYPERX GENESIS KIT:

- DDR3-2133 CL11 240-Pin DIMM.
- Standard 512M X 64 Non-ECC 1600MHz 240-pin Unbuffered DIMM (DDR3, 1.65V, CL9, FBGA, Gold).

Can anyone tell me if that system will work or the limitation of CPU speed will be a problem?

Is the ram speed only deals with mobo speed?

Intel's new P67 motherboards allow its LGA1155 Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 CPUs to clock the memory to speeds up to and including 2,133MHz without the need to overclock. This is despite the fact that the CPU's dual-channel DDR3 memory controller is only rated up to 1,333MHz.

I dont understand 1st they said it'll support upto 2133mhz without OC
