CPU upgrade Slim

I have a dell dimension C521. i bought a sunbeam 480 watt power supply and a radeon 5450 silent 512mb. I was wondering what is the best upgrade for this PC it is a AM2. i searched around and dont know if these are any good?

Depending on your BIOS you may be limited in terms of chips, since OEMs aren't known for updating boards they never expect someone to upgrade. CPU cooling may be another issue as stock coolers in OEM computers tend to be a bit on the flaky side. A high end Brisbane based chip (up to 3.1 GHZ) might be the realistic limitation for your system.
