Sabertooth 990FX Keyboard Issues

So I'm building a PC for a friend using the Sabertooth 990FX by ASUS and we're running into issues with the keyboard. The system will boot up and say Press Del to enter UEFI BIOS. The issue is no keyboards that we connect to the mobo seem to work. We've tried 2 different USB keyboards and a PS2 keyboard but we've had no luck at all...
