Only one 4-pin fan connector on mobo and two 3-pin case fans?

Stupid me bought a mobo with only one 4-pin fan connector with a case that comes with two case fans that have a 3-pin plug. How should I connect these two fans to this one connector? I know that I can plug one of the 3-pins into the connector with no problem but then the fan would be on all the time and the other fan wouldn't be working at all.

Ideas? Please help!
