Cant see USB mass storage device flash drive in My Computer

Hello,
i have windows 7 ... i have the same problem... my Usb flash connected in device manager but i can't see it in my computer ... any suggestion Plzz ??

Have you tried in another USB port? Also, have you tried on another computer?

Could simply be a defective USB drive. It happens, fairly often. Please clarify.

try a linux live cd maybe you could see and format it in that OS!
