The computer will boot up and run great, no problems installing programs or using windows in general. I can shut the computer down fine as well, but the second time I attempt to turn the power on, there is no response. I also tried pressing the start and reset buttons on the motherboard itself, with no response. I have to flip the switch on the power supply and wait for the power to leave the mother board, before restarting the power... I then go through the same issue.
