i have 350w power supply is has 430 peek watt.i use Intel p4 3.2 ghz processor,2GB ddr2 RAM,intel 945 motherboard, can i use GTX460 GRAPHIC CARD ?

yeah a p4 is outdated, quad core have become mainstream now so you really should upgrade the whole system.

i don't have enough money for dis.,my processor has 2MB L2 CASH AND 800MZh FSB i think it's quite enough for gaming.i want to know is 350watt powersupply enough for GTX 460 ?

i think its time for you to save up for a new system mate, i wouldnt drop any money on an old PC like that.

EDIT: no, the best card you can use in that PSU is the HD5670.
