Booting error

hello
any one can help me plz i have a very serious problem with my system.my system is keep rebooting.
as i start my cpu booting process start and a blue screen appear with the message"to skip disk checking press any key in 10 seconds"
before i press any key r i wait for to complete disk checking system reboot agian and this cycle continuouses.
actually what happens with me is that my system is not giving any type of sound to set this problem i just goto bios settings to check that whether my system audio is enable or disable. i just check system audio and it is already enable. i dont disturb any setting in bios but when i exit setup after that my system is not started and the problem that i describe first countinuoses.
please as soon as possible reply to my problem.
