I am looking into buying two 22" monitors for my new computer. Do you guys have any suggestions what would be good and not too pricy. I saw Dell 22" they look really nice but they are kind of pricy. I know acer and asus has some not bad once. My budget is up to $300. I want to use them for day trading and some gaming but not a lot.

Thanks guys.

Edit whats the difference between 22" and 21.5"

here is dell 21.5" is there big difference?

Thanks again

I doubt you'll notice a difference between 22" and 21.5". I actually prefer 1680x1050 over 1920x1080 because it's 6/7 as many pixels to render in games--higher framerates. It's also the shape of 11x17 sheets of paper, which is good for engineering. The 16:9 on 1920x1080 is almost awkwardly wide. That said, I'd still probably go 1920x1080 if I was buying new.

Also, I'd use one old screen (from a friend, maybe an old 19" 1280x1024?) and one new awesome screen. I'd get a single 28" 1920x1200 for $250 instead of two, personally. The dells and acer's above are just fine, btw.

$109 sounds pretty good. It's probably not an LED backlight, but that's good enough for me. Your call though.

I used to think my 19" CRT was crazy huge (2001). I've now decided that there's no limit to the screen size I can enjoy.

21.5"/22" is the sweet spot for pricing though.
