Will a 6970 be compatible with this? I'm already getting a SATA 3.0Gb/s hard drive and heard its compatible but idk bout the graphics card. Thanks

Yes it's fine, hope your cpu can keep up.

You can also get a 6950 2gb and flash it to a 6970. There's no risk etiher beause it has a dual bios so you can always go back.
