Quick review, and info on RAM compatibility needed GA-78LMT-S2P

Hello..

I'm looking into buying this mainboard to use with my phenom ii x4 and 2x 2GB 1333 RAM.. but I don't understand if the board is compatible with my RAM.. and intend to get a not-so-high end GPU in the near future.

Also if you can check the link and give me a quick review (mainly pros and cons) I'd appreciated it as I couldn't find any reviews for this motherboard.

I Have another question.. regardless of other features that I'd get with a 970 chipset motherboard like 6g sata, USB 3.0 and so on, would there be a deference in performance between this chipset 760 mobo and the chipset 970 mobo??
