GigaByte GA-P67A-UD5-B3 S4_S5 leds is on Red light

Hello,
Well, this is my first time make my own computer, and no clue why had this happen. please I need help to solve it.

My components:
*GA-P67A-UD5-B3
*CPU i7 -2600k
*Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Vengeance 8GB PC12800 DDR3 RAM - 1600MHz, 2x4096MB
*SilverStone Strider Plus ST85F-P 850W ATX
*Radeon HD 6950 Video Card
*80GB SATA II Solid State Drive

System correctly boots, I could manage to install OS, but I still have that led red on. Manual doesn't really helps a lot...

Any help would be VERY appreciated.
