How to make a normal Vacuum cleaner ESD safe for Electronics use

ESD safe vacuum cleaners are expensive and not available everywhere. Is there any way to make the normal vacuum cleaner to be ESD safe like coating the Hose with conductive spray or use of metal mesh with ground connection or use of ESD safe brush at hose mouth with ground connection etc, so that they can be used for sucking and blowing the dust, dirt etc on computer circuit boards ?
