Will this be enough to power a GTX 260:

4 pin Molex + 4 pin molex = 6 pin PCI
4 Pin molex = Y Splitter = 6 pin PCI

I have a 700W arctic brand PSU, rated for 24A on 12V1, 12V2 and 12V3

Also (currently) running:

Athlon 6000+
8800GT 512mb (to be swapped)
2 x 1tb HDD

Thanks.

I can only vouch that it has ran my system fine for the last 2 years. Assuming it was of a good quality; Would using only 3 molex to power the 2x 6 pin PCIs be a problem?

Here are a couple possible solutions:

500 W - http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007657%2050001459&IsNodeId=1&name=Corsair

600 W - http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007657+50001459&IsNodeId=1&name=Corsair&Page=1

Corsair has very nice power supplies, in my experience. Those are relatively inexpensive as well. Worth the money, in my opinion.

Also, the PSU you linked doesn't even look legit. The name looks more like a general term than an actual brand. I could be wrong though.

Good luck, bro.

If it is at all possible, I, as anyone else, would like to spend as little money as possible, however is there any risk my current PSU could blow?

^Forget that, that is a question for which the answer you could not possibly know.

Well, there is a pretty big difference between an 8800 GT and a GTX 260. I just figure if you're going to buy an expensive and powerful card, you're probably going to want a reliable PSU rather than one with a low price tag and unknown reliability. You've said it lasted you two years on an 8800 GT. You've got to take in account how many years it's been running and that it's running an outdated graphics card with lower watt usage.

Assuming that the wattage is enough, I'd just like to know if the 3x molex powering 2x six pin PCI will be enough power for the GTX 260.

That should be fine. The GTX 260 has a 2 x 6 pin power connector on it. Also, what do you mean by the 3x molex is powering the 2 x 6 pin? As in, your PSU didn't have an 2 x 6 pin cable so you bought an extension cable?
