Setup RAID on Jetway NC92-330LF motherboard

Has anybody setup RAID Jetway NC92-330LF motherboard, BIOS version, Phoenix Award BIOS V6.00?
Not sure where in the BIOS it can be setup as in "Integrated Peripherals"--> "Onboard IDE Function" there is no mention of RAID or SATA setup only IDE?
Any help will be appreciated!
