ASRock N68-VS3 UCC - way too hot

Did any of you tried ASRock N68-VS3 UCC? It has an in-built GPU on-board. The problem is the chip is way too hot. I have tried to use a PCI-E videocard but it turned out it doesn't help. The chip is still too hot, even hotter than Keira Knightley.

Any suggestions on how to turn the in-built videocard off completly in order to lower the temperature?

You can't know the temperature since BIOS only shows the temperature of the CPU and inside the case. In my opinion it is around 180 F.
