It is very simple. Click on START> CONTROL PANEL> USER ACCOUNTS. Then you can change your account type, add or remove a new user account, add or remove a password for your account etc. Perhaps you can do now.

Or

If you know anything about group policy you can add accounts into specific group you can change via gpo edit
