Asrock or asus mobo. help

i'm trying to decide between these two mobo. i'm purchasing i5 3570k and i get an extra 50$ off these mobos at microcenter. if you recommend any other mobo other than these just let me know. my budget for mobo is around 150 or less. regarding a gpu i'm just going to wait till nvidia releasing their new cards this month.
