Which Z-77 for Ivy Bridge

im building an ivy bridge gaming PC. with either this Gigabyte http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128545 or this ASUS http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131821

now, the Gigabyte is 190$ free shipping. the ASUS is gonna be 250$ with shipping costs. so im 2 seconds away from choosing the Gigabyte instead, unless you guys think i should do otherwise.

im not sure if im gonna get the i7 3770k or i5 3750k yet, but either one i get, i will be overclocking heavily, with an H100 cooler, and also not sure if im getting the 7970 or gtx 680. but i can tell you im not doing SLI or crossfire. so right now i dont care if one mobo is better for dual GPU's.

asus will give you better memory speeds as they use the t-topology method to read the memory. i also recommend the z7a-gd65 from MSI as it has many of the high-end board features for a relatively low price
