the 20.00 gives you more pipelines on your PCI-E channels. if you are going to be running crossfire or SLI then spend the extra money, if not then the cheaper one will work fine for you but keep in mind its a different chipset.

There's not much difference... The Extreme 3 looks nicer in my opinion though
