Asus p8z68v pro bios 3202 image integrity failed

Hi guys,
I am trying to instal bios version 3202 so I can get ivy bridge to work. But every time I try to load it using ez flash 2, I get image integrity check failed.

I am using a fat 32 drive.

Download another same BIOS but take backup before upgrade

Nope. It still did not work.
I will call ASUS support when I get home.

I really need a fix fast as I just got my Ivy bridge processor, and I am very pissed as I can not use it at all.
