Windows os does not recognise from biostar mother board

i was purchased recently biostar MCP6P M2+N68S mother board. Already have windows7 in my system. Recently anther mother board crashed. That way i purchased biostar mother board.yesterday i tried to boot to my pc.
but window7 os not support on my new biostar mother board.I had change bios setting.But does supporting on that mother board comparability.I changed bios setting first bootable CD-ROM . but it not working.so coming back i used xp2 os, vista os, windows7 os .but result is not bootable.what happend this (biostar) mother board..?? please give me sugessions..

When you change MB you need to do a full re-install of Windows. If you don't it will not work because of drivers.
