hello there, I just want to update my Intel Chipset, but my system actually worked fine and I just want it to keep updated... My question is, will I just have to open the .exe file and run it as Admin without doing any other thing before stepping in this procedure, is it just fine, will it remove the old version of my Chipset Driver?

Yes you can update it and previous drivers of chipset gonna upgrade when installed new
