Video Card Upgrade for Dell Dimension 4700?

I'm currently playing League of Legends(Online Multiplayer Game). The fps goes 10-15 with really low setting. I want to upgrade my Video Cards. But the price range should be ~$60.

My system spec :CPU Speed: 2.8 GHz

RAM: 3.0 GB

OS: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)

Video Card: Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset
Video RAM 128.0 MB
Hardware T&L No
Pixel Shader version 2.0
Vertex Shader version 0.0

Free Disk Space: 2.1 GB

I just found a video card :: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=14-161-315&SortField=0alse and will it be Ok for my PC?
