I'm having trouble understanding how to put the motherboard in

I have an ASRock Extreme3 Gen3 Motherboard and I'm trying to put it into a Cooler Master HAF 932 Case and are there supposed to be 7 standoffs where the holes are? I really don't understand, people say ATX motherboards have 9. Any help will be appreciated.

I read the reviews on newegg, people are saying it's not full atx so it's ok
