All my 570 builds use 850 watters.

Using this .....

I came up with 768 watts

overclocked 2600k (4.5 Ghz @ 1.35 volts)
Twin 570's (not OC'd)
2 sticks RAM
1 SATA HD
1 SSD
1 DVD RW
1 PCI-E card
5 USB
1 Firewire
Card Reader
3 120mm fans
3 120mm LED fans
2 250mm fans
10% capacitor aging (Ok for an HX, low for a TX)

But's that's my last twi 570 build ..... Run ya own numbers and see what ya get. But w/ two cards and an OC'd CPU, I'd do 1st tier and that means an HX/AX series by Corsair.... less expensive 1st tier alternatives would be an XFX Black Edition.

Another consideration ..... twin 560's factory oc'd (900 Mhz from factory, 1000 easily doable) approach the 570 in performance and can easily get away w/ a 750 1st tier unit such as the XFX Black

Once you use the overclock features with those calculators they go off haywire.

A good rule of thumb is: 650 watts will run almost any SINGLE card..
and 850 watts will run almost any DUAL card setup...

While that 750TX might squeak by, it's going to be Much Louder than the 850HX see the graphs on Corsair's site, links below....

I love the Corsair 850HX supplies because they remain dead silent to almost 600watts...

You get silence to 525watts with the 750HX

Here is a BIG difference the 750TX is Only silent to 375 watts!!!! (so, there is obviously more going on between these models than Just modular vs non-modular...)
http://www.corsair.com/power-supplies/non-modular-psus/...

But THIS is what you need to watch out for , the 650HX is only silent to 260watts !!

Most power supply companies don't show the noise level on their websites, just power.....
