Which motherboard is best for these componant

hello i am trying to see what motherboard is compatible with all these components i have :-

64bit windows 7

cpu intel(2) core(tm)2 quad q8300 2.50ghz

Kingston HyperX KHX8500D2K2/4G RAM Module - 4 GB (2 x 2 GB) - DDR2 SDRAM - 1066 MHz DDR2-1066/PC2-8500 - Non-ECC - 240-pin DIMM

graphix card geforce gtx 560ti twin frozer

power supply cool master 850w

i am looking for around the 100 pound mark if thats possible if a lil more no problem

i'm sorry that is all i could find. either was ddr2 800 or ddr3 boards. plus i would have loved to of found you a P45 chipset instead of a G41 so you could get an excellent overclock on that quad.
