What to consider in a Video Card for big screen resolution?

Hello people. I've a full HD 22' monitor. Resolution 1920x1080. I would like to get a video card that handle right this kind of big resolution. Of course i've not too much money. I'm looking for something in the range of: Nvidia Geforce Gts 450 1gb.

Can you give me some advice please?? Thanks!

Memory is the concern for a large resolution but yours is not large. Most mainstream cards can handle what you need.

More importantly what is your budget?

Thanks for your reply. My budget... Difficult to say, becouse i'm in Argentina and there are weird taxes. I could pay something like the one i mentioned before. The Nvidia Geforce Gts 450 1gb Ddr5 is $200 (USA dolars) here. I can afford that.
