Hi, I was wondering if using a AMD video card (Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16) with a LGA 1155 P67 Intel Motherboard will conflict and/or degrade the performance in ANY way?

the requirements for an amd 6950 are PCIe 16x slot. So as long as the board has a 16x pcie slot (which it should) and your power supply can handle the card, then yes it should be ok.

No.

AMD card only work with AMD CPUs.

Intel "video cards" only work with Intel CPUs.

nVidia video cards don't work with anything because there are no nVidia CPUs.
