This is going to be my second build since 09, I need a pc that will not have issues streaming media to a PS3 or Xbox 360, will be used for using office programs such as Word and Excel, also want to be able to run upcoming games at highest settings possible, and want to watch videos at least at 720p resolution.

Approximate Purchase Date: Available to purchase from no and hopefully no later than 6/04/11

Budget Range: 900-1300

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Web Browsing, Office for Online School Work, Watching Movies, Listening To Music

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, Monitor

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com, amazon.com

Overclocking: Maybe If The Cooler Fits The Budget

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe If It Fits In The Budget If Not I Can Buy The Second Card In 6 Months

Additional Comments: Noise Is Not An Issue, Case Does Not Need To Have Many Windows Or LEDs As Long As It Has Adequate Ventilation

Thank you for the quick replies! I really didn't have too much research on the i5 compared to the i7 previously and have not even seen these speeds first hand as I am using a e8400 right now. As you both have explained it looks like the i5 is perfect for what Im looking for right now.
