Hi guys i m planning to buy this board ie,Asus M5A88-M & pair it up with Phenom II X4 965 & gfx card will be 4650 1Gb(upgrade in future) & 8Gb(2x4GB) Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1333Mhz ram.Mainly use the rig for gaming & media conversion, will OC when Piledriver(guess it will be 95watts for 4 cores) arrives. So the question is this a good budget board?Wat do u think??? & how much safe OC can be done to PII X4 965 on this board???

as a budget board, it is solid. However you won't be over to OC it very much due to the VRM's and Power regulators. It is designed to run chips at stock clocks, not OC them.

Also, it won't be compatible with Piledriver when it comes out.
