Basically my issue is that im running World of Warcraft on screen 1, Eve online on screen 2 and 2nd Eve online account on screen 3. Both Eve's are optimized for quality at the max graphics settings and run fine (25-35 fps)but if i try to run WoW i have to put the settings on the "good" preset (medium graphics) and still get between 15-30 fps.

1st question: My question is, what can i change, or do, to allow all 3 to run 40+ fps on all 3? i really dont want to have to buy more stuff if i dont have to but if i did what would be recommended and why would you recommend it?

2nd question: Vid cards are crossfired but are running at 8x and not 16x as the mobo is capabale of...i have both bridges installed and the cards are in the 16x slots, also there is nothing overclocked (i dont trust myself with that and really dont want to damage something irrevocably). Any ideas?

So you want the OS and two low-end GPUs Crossfired to be able to run 3 games on 3 screens fluidly?

I doubt there's a quick 'settings' solution to your problem.....; but I'd be surprised if you were not also memory capacity bottlenecked.

i was thinking of upgrading to:
2x G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

effectively giving me 16 gig mem, would this solve my problems without upgrading the gpu as well or do you have a differant memory you would recommend?
