Comparison, which should I purchase.

I'd like to SLI 2 gtx 465, no printers, etc. Are these two good? Are there better for the price???

I'll also be running a i5 2500k

Neither IMO. I'm not comfortable going for less reputed brands when going for high power multi card setups.

Get something like this atleast.

In any case, you are looking to spend $100 on a PSU. A $60 PSU simply wont be upto the task I'm afraid.

+1^ You need a quality unit for an SLI setup, or for any build, for that matter. This one is $70 shipped after MIR(regular $130):

You can pull nearly 1kw from it before it shuts down, notwithstanding its modest 750w rating.

Can I really just send the card back to newegg? I've had it for 3 weeks.

It depends on what the return policy is. If is says "VGA Replacement Only Return Policy" on the page, then you can only return it for a replacement in case of defect. If it says "VGA Standard Return Policy", then it's refundable.
