Okay guyz, I'm think It's time to replace my 265WATT (idk if its real power) Power supply with new one, since I replaced all my other parts.
So, this is my configuration:
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q8200 (2.33 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB, 4MB L2 Cache, 45nm)
Mobo: ASUS P5B P965 Chipset
GPU: Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB GDDR3 128 bit (25.6 GB/s Bandwidth, 6.2 GPixel/s, 15.5 GTexel/s, 45nm)
RAM: DDR2 800MHz A-Data
HDD: Maxtor 160GB SATA (NOT SATA2)
Optical Drive: DVD/RW Pioneer
I used this PSU with Pentium 4 HT 3.0 GHz, but after I replaced my mobo, cpu and gpu.

What PSU Do I need, I have only 25 euro to spend,
My Current PSU specs go here:
3.3V - 28 Amps
5v - 35 Amps
12v - 20 Amps
-12v - 0.8 Amps
-5v - 0.5 Amps
+5VSB - 2.0Amps
Also, On the PSU it says Total O/P 265W, And as far as I know O/P is short of output, which means that my PSU is 265WATTS, and It's not real power.
So, please tell me how many amps at least should be the PSU at 12v rail.
