Everything looks good,But are you going for a P67 mobo?I mean you have a non "K" cpu ,so you cant overclock much(only raise the multi by 4 AFAIK) .You should go for some good h67/h61 mobo .It will save you a lot and you can get a better gpu?ram?

will you overclock i am guessing no that is why you should go with an h67 board. also do you want to sli because if you are sure that you will get a p67 board. if you dont and get a p67 board that would be a waste of money.

this board ? it's ok for i5 2400

GA-H67MA-D2H-B3

It is ok, but i would rather stay with P67 as H67 is just highly stripped down version of P67. It will limit you in future upgrades and can even impact performance.
Before Z68 chipset I would say it was ok to use it if you wanted use integrated GPU, but now its almost worthless when you have P67/Z68 choice.

All H67/P67/Z68 chipsets cost almost same +- few $$, but what makes board prices vary so much is quality of components used and added features.

the problem z68 no't coming yet to my country

so i will stay on h67 ... :(

You plan on using gpu inside i5 to transcode videos ?
If not and you plan use HD 6950 I dont see reason for going to stripped down chipset.

try the asrock p67 pro3 even though it is a p67 it is competitively priced. one day when you get the guts you can try and tweek that strangled 2500k

Good option, Asrock P67 pro3 (130$)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

You can check also Asrock P67 Extreme4 (160$) which is currently best board from price/value consideration if you can afford pay few more $$. And its getting some best reviews also.

do u know i start thinking down gpu and get i5 2500k with board p67
i wanna try overclock lol :)

thank my friends

i5-2500k can go over 4.5GHz if you know what you are doing, just watch for voltage on CPU, too much can kill it.
You will probably need better then stock cooler if want go so high tho :)

newegg and all shopping site restricted in our country...

i will but ga p67a ud3 b4

and i thank very much all one comment on this subject

and thanks tom's hardware to give useful info for basic user.

I still suggest that get a P67/Z67 if you are going to have a non "K" cpu.
gtx 460 1GB should do 1080 but only low-mid settings.
What games u are looking to play?

i see much rig i5 2500k with p67 without problem and overclock to 4.7 !!!

i like fps and strategy and multiplayer games like:
GTA IV
Battlefield bad company 2
call of duty modern warfare 2
Red Alert 3
