Best price/preformance pc

hey guys I posted alot earlier but I am still confused so tell me what are your suggestions to build a pc that can
max out crysis,gta iv,battlefield 2 and black ops on my 17 inch monitor
case, cd drive,os not included
no oc
just for gaming

I used it to refine my build based on recomended items. Pick a PC and run with it. Towards the middle there are builds based on usage. That should answer any question.

but this an old page I was thinking of building a pc with the i3 2100

I agree it is an old page as it is from 2009, but the builds are updated. In red text it states what is updated. My build switched from the 2600k to the 2500k based off prices differences and that I doubt any game will use all 4 cores so heavy that 1.0Ghz OC will make a difference.

If you are eyeing the i3 2100 look at the budget build for $777.89. Just use Ctrl + F to search for 777.

17 inch monitor, eh? I'd guess the resolution would be 1360x768 max. An 6850 would be an overkill for such display. A 6670 or, at most, 5750 would be enough.
