PSU or MoBo?

I just had a breaker pop...cannot get the computer up. no green light on mobo. Nothing is hot, but im not sure if i fried my MoBo or if my psu is just shot. just bought all parts within the week.

Check to see if there is a reset button on your PSU. Your wall outlet could also be fried. Try another outlet. You can test the PSU with the paper clip trick.

definately not the outlet or the surge protector as other things sharing them work fine. i will see if there is a reset button on the psu. if not, or it doesn't fix it, would you say it is the psu?

I'd try the paper clip trick if there is no re-set.
