Recommend me a cooler

Hi guys,

I'm in the middle of researching cooling options for my next rig. I just wanted to ask for some opinions/recommendations.
I'm not looking for water cooling but want something better than the run of the mill cooler, mid range i guess. I want to be able to hear myself over it but also want to be able to Overclock.
I'm looking at reviews etc but first hand experience counts for an awful lot.
So any suggestions/recommendations ?

+1 to Hyper212 - My CPU rarely goes above 45C and I've set the fan to stay at 50% until 45, so v quiet

+1 Hyper212+ or if you cannot get that, an Arctic Freezer 13 Pro.
