What Gpu should i get

Hello everyone i am going to upgrade from my old gpu i have a 250$ budget and at first was mind set to get the Asus gtx 560 Ti card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121424 but i have heard there is better cards out there for my budget. I want a card that runs very cool and can play anything i throw at it any suggestions guys? The card i have now is a Xfx 5770 and runs around 65C at max load i would like something around those temps or lower.

I have also heard that the radeon 5870 2gb was a monster but it is aging they are around the same price is there any suggestion on what card to get
